We are a business so last minute cancellations and rescheduling does effect us, as it takes time to rebook your appointment. Please plan ahead when scheduling to keep your commitment to us! We understand that emergencies come up and appreciate communication and notice by email or text. In such emergencies when notice is given we will try our best to reschedule you and fill the appointment time. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we request 48hr notice, if you cancel before the 48hrs your deposit is forfeited. No shows will be considered a forfeited of the deposit.  Rescheduling or Cancelling too many times (3), you are no longer allowed to book without paying for the service in full.
